12th Week of Canwest Fall Season



Canwest Programming Highlights:

The good doctor’s antics weren’t lost on the viewers: House was top 3 A18-49 & A25-54.  The Simpsons performed above expectations in most demos, surpassing its A18-49 estimate by 26% and A25-54 by 10%.  The long-running cartoon was also the #1 program A18-34.  Survivor: Gabon took the crown on Thursday, winning the night A18-49.  King of the Hill was top 20 in every demo except F25-54.  Heroes secured a top 15 spot in every demo. Prison Break maintained a top 20 position right across the demographic board.

Over on E!, How I Met Your Mother flirted into the top 20 F25-54, surpassing projection by 105%.

Canwest Programming Highlights:

Canwest accounted for 9/9/8/10 of the top 25 for the key demos: A18-49, A25-54, W25-54, and A18-34

Competitive Programming:

Criminal Minds (CTV) was the #1 program A18-49, A25-54, and F25-54.  CSI Miami (CTV) dropped out of the top 10 in every demo!  Hockey Night in Canada Game #1 (CBC) dropped significantly from last week.
