Grand Finale Nights on Global

Global stacks finales throughout May. You can now catch all your favourite program finales in one night!

Thursday May 15th is Comedy Finale Night on Global. The hilarity begins with My Name is Earl's one hour finale, followed by The Office one hour finale, and the finales of Back to You and Til Death.

Sunday May 18th is Animation Finale Night on Global as we see the finales of all your favourites courtesy of Matt Groening, Mike Judge and Seth McFarlane. This night offers the finales of The Simpsons, King of the Hill and American Dad.

And finally the House Finale, so big it had to be split into two nights, Monday, May 12th, followed by the finale of Brothers and Sisters and Monday, May 19th following the finale of Bones.

Showcase Enjoys Spring Growth

Showcase is enjoying strong audience growth this spring across most dayparts.  These gains are the result of an updated schedule for the specialty mainstay, that included the addition of a strong list of movie titles.  Upcoming titles include: Constantine, Starsky and Hutch, Sin City and Saw.  Also aiding Showcase in this impressive growth was the debut of some top-rated Global properties.  House, Numb3rs and Life were added to the spring schedule, and Showcase is reaping its rewards with large audience increases in all demos including a 25% increase for adults 18-34.
